Niall joined Spafax as an Account Director in 1995 before elevating to the UK Managing Director in 1998 and CEO in 1999. Today, he leads our diverse teams across three interconnected businesses in 15 offices worldwide. Niall inspires an open and proactive approach to the evolving needs of our clients and has earned a reputation for developing affinity between consumers and the world's leading airline and non-airline brands.
Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer
Trishna is dedicated to our financial and operational teams around the globe to ensure that we are providing our clients the best service and value. She has worked across media and creative agencies both within WPP and at Dentsu, in financial and commercial roles. Her most recent role has been as WPP Global Commercial Director, where she worked primarily with a Top 5 WPP Client. Trishna is experienced in structuring deals with a range of global clients, so focuses on finding the optimal model for each Spafax client.
Paul sets the technical direction for Spafax and oversees Technical Services, Spafax Hub, software development, sales, data insights and IT. He brings over 25 years of experience building and delivering software solutions that add value to businesses large and small and acts as a key liaison to all of our technical partnerships. Over his 15 years with Spafax, Paul was key in revolutionizing our delivery process by building the core enterprise software that is used across our network.
Ann oversees resource strategy and planning, training and performance worldwide, as well as our culture and values, well-being and global HR. During her over 25 years with Spafax, Ann oversaw our in-flight entertainment teams for the EMEA region and was instrumental in establishing our Spafax Dubai office. She is passionate about growing our people and implementing a strategic approach to training and development across the business.
Managing Director UK & Europe
Henry focuses on managing the UK & EU client business and the longer term development and delivery of a more seamless integration of IFE, digital, tech, media and content services. Henry brings over 20 years of experience delivering entertainment strategy and products for a variety of brands from BSkyB and the BBC to airline clients such as British Airways and Lufthansa.
Nick joined Spafax in 2005 at our London Headquarters where he revamped media operations and helped build our position as the international leader in the commercialization of in-flight media. Now based in Dubai, he oversees our media sales divisions in the MEA and Gulf regions and manages teams. Nick has been instrumental in the development of our digital media assets and driving new business and product development.

Alex leads our teams in North America for IFE, Media and Content. He brings a wealth of knowledge across the region and our clients. Under Alex's leadership, the team has been recognized for creating and monetizing award-winning content programs that delight customers, attract partners and deliver results for clients.
Executive Vice President Latin America
Ignacio joined Spafax in 2016 and leads the creative and commercial teams in Santiago, Sao Paulo and Lima that deliver content, media sales and entertainment services to our regional clients. With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, customer experience and content, Ignacio is constantly pushing innovation in an industry in constant transformation, as well as building strong relationships with our clients and partners all over Latin America.
Senior Vice President Content Experience
Maura leads our content and Studio teams. In addition to setting a new direction for compelling creative and commercial content experiences for clients Maura oversees Spafax marketing and messaging. She is an active member of various APEX (Airline Passenger Experience Association) committees and is Secretary on the APEX Board of Directors. Prior to Spafax, Maura worked in programming and planning at HBO. Her background in proposals at Spafax, as well as her extensive experience across content and media informs our growth and development strategy.

Paul heads up our Commercial Team to ensure we deliver value to our clients. Paul joined Spafax in 2019, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in the IFE industry. Paul’s expertise in creating innovative commercial models and added value propositions is vital to both clients and partners.
Senior Vice President Technical Services
Arthur joined Spafax in December 2021 and leads Spafax’s lab, The Hub. Throughout his nearly 20-year career in media and entertainment, Arthur has led multiple strategic initiatives including the selection and implementation of new digital asset management systems, work order management systems and financial systems. More recently, Arthur has focused on the media supply chain including the architecture and security of distribution technologies (e.g., consumer electronics devices, inflight entertainment systems, media post-production facilities). In his prior role, Arthur was instrumental in identifying key process improvements and technology requirements to transform a worldwide technical operation from a tape-based, on premise environment to a technology forward cloud-based infrastructure. Arthur’s background in digital media operations, security and technology will drive the continuing evolution of The Hub.

Albert leads new business development for Spafax. With over 20 years of experience in the IFEC field, he brings a wealth of knowledge, having worked on both the airline and supplier sides of the industry. Albert's deep-rooted expertise and passion for aviation make him an invaluable asset in navigating the ever evolving landscape of inflight entertainment and passenger experience and he is focused on driving Spafax’s growth and success in this dynamic field.
Olga Joined Spafax in 2019, combining over 15 years of WPP group experience with core skills in financial management, planning and control, financial reporting. As the Group Finance Director at Spafax, Olga plays a critical role in providing consolidated financial information to key stakeholders and monitoring ongoing financial operations within the group. Collaborating closely with other finance leaders, Olga oversees financial controls, liquidity management and financial reporting across the Group, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures globally.

Dimitrios Tsirangelos is an accomplished executive skilled in business development, operations, and quality management, primarily within the aerospace and inflight entertainment sectors. He combines technical expertise with strong business acumen, driving product and service advancements in various industries. As the VP of Business Development at Spafax, Dimitrios enhances technology adoption and strengthens client relationships. His ability to distill complex technical proposals into accessible language has been key to expanding client engagements. He has led transformative business strategies and innovation, consistently achieving ambitious targets. Fluent in multiple languages and committed to lifelong learning, Dimitrios navigates global business environments with ease, bringing a unique blend of professional rigor and personal passion to his roles.

Alan is responsible for all aspects of departmental, programme, project and operational management at Spafax. Having joined Spafax in 2021, Alan brings expertise in managing global teams and multimillion dollar projects, with previous experience at Disney and ITV, successfully delivery projects on time and to budget.
